“TRULY FOOD FOR YOUR SOUL”
Kim, Is a Baltimore Native, Registered Nurse Entrepreneur & “Foodie”
In 2010, she lost her eye sight and was diagnosed with Diabetes. While struggling to regain her vision and decrease her blood sugar levels, she wondered what she could eat. Would her food have to be bland and boring? Were there were any magic foods that would make this condition just go away, and with such a busy schedule, who would cook her meals?
As a Registered Nurse Consultant for Assisted Living Facilities, and High Risk Medically Compromised Clients, she shared her condition with colleagues, & friends. Much to her surprise she was not alone. There were many others needing specialty diets, with busy schedules and food allergies. But where could she go for help? It had not been that long ago that “Chef Trini” stepped out in full time pursuit of his own cooking career. Yet he really was perfect for the task at hand. Who had more knowledge with spices & herbs then Trini? After all he had created a specialty formula for their Medically Fragile Grandson and cooked daily specialty meals from scratch for her Medically Fragile father and their terminally ill friend.
